Do you have a store front?

    Do you offer gift cards? 

    • Yes! You can buy a physical gift card in the shop, or a digital gift card on our website here.

    What payment types are accepted? 

    • We accept PayPal, and regular card payments powered by Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments & PayPal both have interest-free payment plans available (known as Shop Pay/Pay in 4) similar to Sezzle/Afterpay.

    Do you offer local pickup? 

    • Yes! We have local pickup available @ our storefront in Fitchburg, MA. You can choose local pickup during checkout. 

      What is your return/exchange policy?

      Where can I find sizing info? 

      • Sizing info can be found under each item description. You can always hit the "chat now" button to ask questions!

      What is your shipping rate & time frame? 

      • We try to keep shipping costs reasonable, so shipping is generated based on the true shipping cost. When you go to the checkout screen, it will give you shipping cost options via USPS & UPS, when possible. Purchases over $100 will ship for free. Items will ship within 4 business days of an order being completed. Please note: if you place an order that includes preorder items & in-stock items, the order will not ship until the preorder item arrives.
